I'm a master electrician, not a sales guy. When I show up, I look at your panel, your panel's history, and your home's actual load. I tell you what's safe, what's marginal, and what can wait. Then I quote the work — fixed price, written, before I touch a wire.
I'm on every job. The day you hire Bespoke is the day I show up, and the day I leave is the day the job's done. No call center routing, no apprentice sent in my place. If something's wrong after the warranty, I'm the one who comes back.
Permits get pulled for every job that needs one. ESA inspection is scheduled, and the report goes to your insurance if they ask. This is your house — the work has to last, and it has to be safe for whoever owns it next.
